“I am so greatfull for the opportunity to have gotten to know you, from the time you picked up our love one we felt as though we were treated as family. When we met to make final arrangements you so courteously explained all of your packages to us. You showed us the samples to help us make a decision. You all worked with us tirelessly even when we were back and forth on some decisions. You made recommendations to us that we had neglected to consider so we thank you. Everything was done so professionally, with a smile and with patience. I want to thank you from the bottom of my soul for everything you have done.
